CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your trip at any time through our site and the cancellation is effective immediately. All cancellations are based off of Washington State’s time zone, Pacific time.


You may cancel your trip and receive a full refund if the cancellation is completed 24 hours before your trip starts. If you booked a trip that is supposed to start within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund if the cancellation is completed within 1 hour of booking your trip.

Partial Refund Period:


If you cancel your trip and do not fall within the full refund period, a partial refund may be issued. For trips that are longer than 2 days, when canceled you will receive a full refund minus the cost of 1 day and half of any delivery fees. For trips that are 2 days or shorter, when canceled you will receive a full refund minus the cost of half of a day and half of any delivery fees.

Guest No-Shows:


If you fail to show up within 30 minutes of your scheduled trip’s start time and you fail to cancel your trip, this will be considered a guest no-show. If you show up to your trip with no license or an invalid license, this is considered a guest no-show. In these circumstances of a guest no-show, we will cancel the trip and a partial refund will be issued. For guest no-show trips longer than 2 days, the guest will receive a full refund minus the cost of 2 days and any delivery fees. For guest no-show trips that are 2 days or less, the guest will receive a full refund minus the cost of 1 day and any delivery fees. Guests who are considered a guest no-show and do not contact us within a 24 hour period after their trip is supposed to start, will no longer be able to book trips in the future with us.

Exceptions:


Exceptions for guest no-shows and/or refund amounts for canceled trips outside the full refund period may apply in circumstances such as flight delays, lost baggage, flight cancellations outside of the guests’ control or other extenuating circumstances. In these situations you must message us as soon as possible so that we may accommodate a new trip start time or cancel your trip and refund the respective amount.
